Guarantee |
We provide guarantees for all plants delivered by us for as long as we carry out their maintenance. In case the operator wishes to have this done by their own staff, there is still a possibility, however only under regular professional supervision (minimum once a month).
In case of a different maintenance schedule from the above, as it is not possible to verify that the plant care works are being carried out correctly and with adequate care, we do not provide a guarantee.
Without maintenance we undertake to replace plants which are lost or degraded due to quality or implementation faults for a period of 1 month free of charge. |
